French artist E.A. Seguy's work was very influential throughout the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods. He found inspiration in nature, and his fascination with butterflies culminated in his 1920 portfolio, Papillons. Nawal Motawi, saw these illustrations and was enchanted. She thought that the bold color and density of design would translate beautifully into tile. 

  • Tiles are 5/8" thick with a notch at the back for hanging.
