The Akimbo chair has a style that emanates contemporary confidence, with bold lines and unique styling. It is the ultimate UPCYCLED chair, created from reclaimed wine flavor sticks (oak that is used in stainless steel wine tanks to add flavor to the fermenting wine. These sticks have been cleaned, burnished and laminated to create unique VinoLam Oak, a technique developed by local artist Whit McLeod.

The upholstery on the available chair is durable "hospitality grade" caramel velour. It is a fabric with a satiny feel that you just want pet! (Pictured pillow not included. Many pillows would look great with this!) The cushions are designed for comfort - a little firmer on the seat, a little softer on the back​.
